Described extensively in the traditional Ayurvedic texts of Charaka and the Susruta Samhita, Triphala is a widely prescribed Ayurvedic herbal formula that has been used for a variety of ailments, as well as for detoxification and rejuvenation, digestive support, and the balancing of all three doshas.

Cautions and Contraindications
